Gaia Cosmo is always a home away from home, for our guests as well as for our staff, a place where everyone can feel safe and assured. As early as February we have taken extra precautionary measures at the hotel to reduce the risk of possible spread of the COVID-19. As the pandemic continues, we make sure to update health protocols and these are some of the measures we implement at Gaia Cosmo: W.A.T.C.H
Washing Hands: We make sure all our staff wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds frequently throughout the day. Washing station is also available at drop off area for guest to wash their hands upon arrival.
Avoid: Staff and guests who experience fever, sore throat, cough or breathing difficulty are encouraged to avoid social contact
and seek immediate medical help. Also we encourage our staff and guest to avoid crowded places both inside and outside hotel area.
Temperature check: We implement seamless temperature check upon entering the hotel to avoid queue. We check the staff’s body temperature twice a day. Temperature check for in house guest is also available at our Front Office during breakfast time.
Cleanliness: Our staff is ready to sanitize your luggage upon arrival. High touch surfaces such as door handles, lift buttons, staircase handles, etc. are sanitized every hour.
Hand sanitizer: We provide hand sanitizer at public places such as front desk, lift and restaurant so you can keep your hands clean frequently. Also we provide one in the room for you to bring wherever you go while exploring the city.
